Our services are turnkey: we handle excavation to build a stable crushed stone base, which is compacted, leveled and covered with asphalt. You get a strong, long-lasting and visually appealing surface, ready for heavy use.
We provide paving for residential driveways, multi-unit building asphalt parking lots, commercial asphalt parking lots, as well as walkways and private roads.
We also offer asphalt repair (holes and cracks), partial asphalt restoration and asphalt resurfacing (adding a new layer of asphalt over the entire surface).

Commercial paving
Commercial asphalt is designed to withstand heavy traffic and resist temperature variations, particularly freeze-thaw cycles.
To achieve this, it must be built on a high-quality base, typically 60 mm thick. A Class ESG-14 asphalt mix is generally used for the foundation, with larger aggregates containing approximately 4.5% bitumen, providing excellent stability.
A surface layer is then applied using a Class ESG-10 mix, which includes aggregates of about 10 mm with approximately 5.5% bitumen.
Each municipality sets its own standards for asphalt parking lot dimensions and required slopes.
